The jerseys for the upcoming season were officially released on Wednesday. In style. The photo that came along with it looks almost too professional for a team playing five levels below the top division. TamU-K always seems to do things in ways that you would associate with a club playing a couple divisions higher, but this one went all the way to the top and beyond. Big props to everybody involved!

The new shirt sponsor Top-Osa Oy has signed on for the next two seasons, so from the financial point of view things look very solid. The sponsor logo is in the back in the green secondary jersey, in case you were wondering. I heard that the black stripe is a material on which the printed logo would not stick.

And talking about the new green jerseys, they look really sharp too. It is great to see that this season we will have actual secondary jerseys so that if the home team happens to wear blue, we wont have to resort to vests that will hide the numbers on the back.

Oh, and talking about doing things that you wouldn’t normally associate with a club in the bottom divisions, it was also announced that supporters can buy these jerseys for 50 euros. The number on the back of the jersey is always 12, a number that is not used by any player in the team, because it has been reserved for the supporters.
